It’s been 2 wks and 1 day since I stopped smoking regular cigarettes and been a 2 pack a day smoker for 27 yrs. Best one to start with is the Riva Ego ($50 usd)which comes with a 750 mAh battery and vapes at 3.7 volts. It comes with 2 batteries, to atomizers, and 5 cartridges. You have to initially charge the batteries for 8-10 hours. So I’d also recommend to get a usb pass through which allows you to plug into a usb source. Smoking habits will determine the nic strength you start with, 0-36mg.

i love e cigs im never going back, if the govorment bans them then i guess ill just be an outlaw because ive learned how to build my own ecigs and mix my own liquids so not much they can do to stop me. they might as well get some sales tax from me and just be happy with that.

The bottomline-still, cigarette smoking is not good for your health.
I am also a physician and I smoked for 38 years. I haven’t touched a cigarette since I started using e-cigs in September of 2009. I also recommend them to my patients who smoke. The health benefits of switching from tobacco products to e-cigs are huge.

These are designed with smokers in mind to make a healthier alternative to their already nasty choice. Not start a habbit.
I’ve never even tried a cigarette in my life. And i was given one of these e-cigarettes for free as a trial…..and now i can’t stop.

alot cheaper than $150, i bought my kit for $45, but you can buy all the parts and put it together yourself for like $30
I’ve smoked for 15+ years. I’d tried patches and gum, which only helped me quit temporarily. I bought an electronic cigarette kit two weeks ago and havent had a craving for a tobacco cigarette since. My breathing has improved & I don’t stink like an ashtray anymore. If you’re already a smoker, do your own research & check it out. There’s an e-cig forum to help. Keep these legal and available as alternative to tobacco.
So far so good for me man. Have not smoked since last november. The smell of cigarettes grosses me out now.

i used mine for 32 days never having a craving for real cigs at all. had one and it disgusted me
